Before making reservations with us, we strongly encourage you to read the following hotel policies to ensure your complete satisfaction and avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Smoking Policy:
Please be aware that The Wildwood Inn is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY. Smoking is permitted on the downstairs patio only.

Reservations Policies:
Reservations must be secured with a credit card.
Room rates are for 2 people and include breakfast and all Wildwood Inn amenities. Additional persons occupying the room will be charged $25.00 per night.
Check in is 3:00 p.m.; check out is 11:00 a.m.
Children 12 years and older are welcome to stay with us.
We are not able to accommodate pets.
All rates are subject to a 13% hotel tax.
We do offer Corporate Rates at our Denton Texas hotel.
We do not confirm reservation requests more than 90 days prior to the requested reservation date. Reservation requests received through the online reservation system will be kept on file and you will be contacted as soon as a confirmed reservation is permissible.

Cancellation Policy:
Because we are a small facility, cancellations affect us greatly. For CANCELLATIONS MADE 7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION DATE, we must hold you financially responsible for the entire length of your booked stay.
